You know when you've done something wrong and all your mother has to do is look you in the eyes to make you feel terrible? Yup me too! Your eyes are the window to your soul. Have you ever looked into the eyes of a baby and seen the pure innocence and sweetness? Have you ever looked into the eyes of someone who is hurting? When you look into their eyes you look into their soul. In the same way when you look at something it gets into your soul! You can't look at something totally wrong and impure and tell yourself it's okay because you wouldn't do that! Or it has no effect on you because you are old enough to handle it! Guess what you're not! God wants us to keep ourselves as pure as possible. By letting impure images into our hearts and minds we are letting our purity and innocents slip away! You don't forget those images either. They stay. So, guard your heart by guarding your eyes!
